A Theory of Change (TOC) workshop facilitated by the Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) and supported by the Secretariat of State for Vocational Training and Employment (SEFOPE), explored strategies for strengthening the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector in Timor-Leste.

Batuna Rural Training Centre in the Western Province was supported with 20 student laptops and associated accessories through Australia’s increased investment in skills strengthening in the Solomon Islands through the Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC).​

Fifty-one new graduates have been successfully trained through the Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) to further support a skilled workforce in Vanuatu.​
