APTC international scholarship students from Solomon Islands and PNG practiced their plate carrying skills with “lime and plate” races at the Nambanga Restaurant, Port Vila Vanuatu.

Antoine Barnaart, General Manager APTC, was the Chief Guest at the Ratu Navula College Vocational Graduation recently.The Ratu Navula College is one of the biggest school based vocational centres in Fiji offering vocational programs to both full time College students and part-time adults (Matua Program), many of whom are in current employment.

APTC School of Tourism & Hospitality (STH) scooped 28 medals (1Gold, 11 Silver and 16 Bronze) at the Fiji Chef’s Association Salon Culinaire at the Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi. Twenty two students participated in the event. This was the first time for APTC to participate in this Annual Event in Fiji.
