Student Fee Refunds

APTC will provide enrolled, financial students with a full refund of tuition fees when APTC cancels the delivery of a course or unit of competency.

You may be eligible for a refund of tuition fees when you withdraw from a qualification or unit/s of competency within the specified timeframes listed below:

 

 

Withdrawal DateRefund Amount
Withdrawal from a qualification or unit/s of competency two weeks or more prior to the start of study dateFull Tuition Fee refund
Student withdraws between the first day of study and the end of week 275% of Full Tuition Fee
Student withdraws between the start of week 3 and the end of week 450% of Full Tuition Fee
Student withdraws after the start of week 5

No refund

  

Students who are dismissed from APTC under disciplinary proceedings are not eligible for a refund of fees.

All applications for fee refunds must be made in writing using the Application for Refund form.  You may request the form and information about seeking refunds from any APTC Country Office.  Submitting an application does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. The Chief Academic Officer will notify you in writing of the decision.
